focus shifts to communicating these ideas effectively. Insights are only actionable if they can be
shared and understood. Our work in this phase includes designing personas that bring forward the
segmentation insight and are structured to fit the intended uses that were identified in the first phase
of the project.
To do this, we draw on information design and storytelling techniques. We also consult with key
stakeholders to ensure that the tools we're designing are purpose-built. The ultimate result of this
phase is a proprietary segmentation framework, a generative resource that can support the strategic
and tactical execution of the business for years to come.
With these accomplishments achieved, we turn our attention to the task of supporting you in the
onboarding of the segmentation within your organization. Each engagement is unique at this stage,
but our clients draw upon us to support the use of the new segmentation framework and knowledge
across a wide variety of applications. Examples of these applications include portfolio strategy,
