Equipped with a qualitative data set and a set of hypotheses regarding the dimensions that are of
most importance to your customers, we design a quantitative research study to explore the
qualitative hypotheses with a representative sample population.
We field the quantitative study, operating as a general contractor and integrating the contributions of
both our in-house team and those of our supplier network. Once the study has been successfully
fielded, our team conducts primary analysis of the field data using statistical tools (e.g. crosstab,
discriminant and cluster analysis). Cluster analysis typically focuses on the attitudinal statements in
the questionnaire and cross-tab analysis overlays demographic and behavioral factors to the clusters.
The output of this stage is a statistical foundation for your segmentation. Similar to before, we
facilitate discussion(s) around implications for next steps to ensure that we remain on track for a
strategically actionable solution.
